If you have ever lost your login details it can be frustrating, as I am sure you have experienced. Help is now at hand and you don't need to register on the site a second or third time just to get access! This video show you how to easily recover your registered email address and/or password. In our case study, Barry Koala, being a marsupial of very little brain, has forgotten his login details! With my help, using only his name, he is able to get a message from the website confirming his registered email address. Armed with this knowledge, Barry still cannot log in but is able to request a new password which is sent via an exchange of emails. At no time are login details displayed on screen and emails are only sent to the registered email address, so the process is super secure.
